Maplewood High School would like to recognize students in grades 7 - 12 for the outstanding things they do in the community! If your child participates in community clubs/activities, volunteers, or has been given awards/honors for their excellence outside of school, please use the Google Form below to nominate your child for recognition at school! If you think your child may be in need of more academic or behavioral support at school, please complete the Google Form below. You can refer multiple students, but please only one student per form.
